Many young people between 18 and 25 find themselves at a crossroads. They are finishing school, starting university, entering their first jobs, or simply wondering what direction to take. It can feel overwhelming to decide on the right path when the world offers so many choices.
From his experiences leading offshore and transatlantic racing teams, and later building a start up into an international brand, Jeroen Wats has learned that clarity, trust and courage often come not from being told what to do, but from having someone walk beside you as you find your own direction.

That is why he has created “LeadSpire Compass”. A one to one journey for young people who want to discover their own compass and set their own course. It is not about giving instructions. It is about listening, reflecting, and helping to uncover the confidence and perspective that is already there.
